How can I cancel my order?
- Any order can be canceled up until it is processed to be shipped.
- All canceled orders are charged a 15% cancellation fee on the cost of the products and livestock. This fee applies to any order cancellation request and cannot be waived for any reason.
- If you need to cancel an order you can email with your order number to jojo.aquatics@gmail.com and we can get that processed for you!

Why are my shrimp or fish clear or not colorful after shipment?
- During shipping shrimp or fish will lose some color due to stress, lack of light, and temperature fluctuations. Please give them two full weeks to regain color and become fully acclimated in your tank.

Why has tracking not updated?
- Occasionally, carriers miss scanning packages upon pickup and can generally be delivered even if tracking says it has not left our address.

I had DOA. What can I do?
- We offer a 100% live arrival guarantee. Check out Guarantee and follow the steps.

Do you ship outside of the US?
- At this time we only ship within the US.

Do you offer local pickup?
- Yes we do offer local pickup to our local customers. To take advantage of this option simply place your order and add a note to the order that says, "Would like to schedule local pickup for this order." Then email us at jojo.aquatics@gmail.com with your order number as the title and we can accommodate a time for you to pick up your order. After your pickup day we will reimburse shipping charges.

What is your order processing time?
- 5 business days or less
- Operating business days are Mondays-Wednesdays
- Extreme weather may affect processing times.

What is your shipping schedule?
- We are only shipping orders on Monday-Wednesday to avoid any shipping delays over the weekend.

Why is live animal shipping paused? When will I get my order?
- We pause shipping during holiday season due to high volume of packages being shipped during that time. We want to ensure our live animals arrive safely to you and to ensure that we implement a pause to orders during holidays.
- Any non-livestock orders such as hard goods will ship during this time.

- Our animals you buy from us are tank home bred.
