Shipping Methods Offered

• USPS Priority Mail for orders with no fish
• UPS 1-Day for orders with fish

Processing Time

5 Business Days or Less
Operating business days are Mondays - Wednesday
Shipping Price does not speed up the processing time for an order.

Shipping Schedule

We only shipping orders Monday-Wednesday to avoid any shipping delays over the weekend.
Exceptions may be made for any holidays where post office is closed.

Annual Live Animal Pause

Orders made near the holidays will be paused in order to avoid any delays during shipping. After the holidays orders will be shipped out in the time they were received.

Please Note

There is a 15% restocking fee for all canceled orders. This fee is to cover processing fees and labor associated with packing orders and handling customer service.
